Wow! These Burnsville Taxpayers Are Really Upset!

And their board and superintendent have only wasted a fraction of the money that Mr. Borg & Mr. Botts have!

You can tell them....and tell them....and tell them....even do the research and spreadsheets for them--because they can't or won't--but no one is going to tell Kevin, Dave and apparently their brothers in arms on the Burnsville staff that the sun rises in the east!

"Even before Tania Chance was given a new two-year contract, some people were wary about the move, which ultimately cost the Burnsville school district about $255,000.

"I questioned it," said Libby Duethman, president of the Burnsville teachers union. "We experienced some [difficulty] in our first year working with her and ... some concerns. I asked why they had to offer her a two-year contract."

The school board was under no obligation to give its human resources director a contract, as she is not a licensed employee and under state law is not required to have one.

Nevertheless, the school board voted 6-1 last summer to grant the contract. Six months later, the two sides agreed to a $254,814 buyout in one of the largest separation agreements on record for a school administrator in the state."

Kraus Anderson loves them some Dave & Kevin!!

  1. Could someone please explain what qualifications kevin borg had to obtain the position of superintendent of Westonka Schools? Head dog catcher for the city of mound? Seriously, what had he done prior? His inexperience and incompetence show in everything he does. Behind the scenes I bet the teachers' union pushes him around like a stepchild. I know many of the teachers can't stand him. Botts? Bremer? What have they done? More or less than the clowns blowing the show done in BV?

  2. Is Westonka on top of its business management?

Westonka has no business management. Kevin has no business background or experience in anything but teaching. The automakers learned the hard way in the 80's that you can't make managers out of people who have never managed.

I believe Bremer is some type of payroll clerk at Target. It has been said Botts has ran his business into the ground by not being prepared for the recession.

David Bond?? Isn't he cleaning gutters these days? This is the outstanding management team that is "leading" Westonka. Is it any wonder these vendors eat their lunch and then take seconds?

    1. Start asking where the extra $500,000.00 is going. KA was the highest bidder by 1/2 million and they got the contract. Anybody wonder where the EXTRA CASH is going. Maybe an audit is something that should take place. You can e-mail Botts and Borg until the sun don't shine and you won't get an honest reply. Been doing that for 3 months and all they do is put you on ignore. This sucks big time.

  4. Rumor has it that Botts wants to buy land by Grandview with the extra bond money. Have you heard anything like that? I figure by the time they give Borg a raise and they line some other pockets it will be gone.

    1. Dave has a less than stellar career a real estate magnate. Ask him how his duluth scheme ended up. Keep your eyes open, folks, the cookie jar is full and the flies are circling.
