Do they seriously believe we are buying the need for this project to have "two, full-time field superintendents," at a cost of nearly $500,000?? I wasn't aware we were re-building the World Trade Center on our school campus.
On the bid sheets I have; which are posted on this very blog, the low bidder = $494,500 and the high bidder = $997,220. In my world, Dave, that = a difference of $502,720. Nevertheless, the low bidder offers a Sr. Project Manager, an on-site Project Representative and a Project Assistant in their bid. The guardians of Westonka, want to pay $500,000 more so a couple guys can sit in a construction trailer? KA's bid sheet doesn't even show what they offer??
How about a spreadsheet, Dave, with an apples to apples comparison?? You do have one of those, right? It is my understanding that information was requested from Kevin, and, well, we all know how far that got us. Fire that spreadsheet right over, Dave, and I will post it up! I answer all my email addresses!
Gee david bond, why would Mr Notch need to attend and "endure the 6+ hours of final round interviews..............?" Isn't that what you and your cohorts were elected to do and kevin borg is being paid quite handsomely to do? Tell us, was the entire posse there for the entire 6+ hours?? The board and borg are supposed to be there looking out for the taxpayers so that the taxpayers who pay you don't have to be there. Is this very simple fact lost on you? It's not that difficult of a concept. Your job description is not KA cheerleader and developement of an insider public works program! Endure? Sounds like you don't enjoy what you are doing?? Please confirm the attendance of all of the official stewards of our tax dollars and childrens' futures at this important and enduring event??

Why can't this idiot bond figure out it's time to shut its stupid mouth? The more he kisses KA's ass the guiltier it looks. Maybe he should ramp things up by buying some air time? That will really convince people its game is above board.
