This is one of the stupidest things I've read in a newspaper. Why waste the paper and ink?

Yes, no wonder they needed to build Whalen-Kolb Prison aka the Minnetrista police station. Plenty of room to round them all up, incarcerate them and make them drink tainted Minnetrista water until their eyes pop out.
This one must stuff tin foil in her ears so "the small group" doesn't hear what she's thinking!
